Refund Policy

Because RelationScan provides a digital service that is available immediately, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

1. Single purchases

Single purchases are non-refundable, because the analysis becomes available immediately after payment.

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime from your account page.
• After canceling, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellation or for unused analyses.

3. Extra credits

Purchased credits do not expire. However, if you delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be used for analyses on this service.

4. Statutory exceptions

Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law, we comply with that law.
